Brick-and-mortar retail stores can create even stronger communities than many dot.com brands by adding an irreplaceable physical component. During his years in retail, Skorman found that customer education programs are the best way to bring customers into the stores and build deep, long-term relationships with customers.
How does Skorman Productions work?
Skorman Productions provides a turnkey solution for larger chains. Our dynamic, hands-on grassroots approach to recruiting teachers in the community by creating win-win partnerships with local professional and business owners. For example, local pet trainers teach the animal training courses so they can promote their services to potential new customers.
When can I see a Skorman Productions program live?
Skorman Productions is currently building a pilot project for Borders in three of their Sacramento-area stores. The project launches February 2nd.

Stuart Skorman, Chairman and Founder
Stuart is a serial entrepreneur who's spent his career building successful retail stores and chains, including Elephant Pharmacy, Reel Video, and Bead and Circus, among others. The heart of his success was the customer education programs he developed in each environment, and he's now making his expertise available to other retailers.
Christine Lee, CEO and President
Christine is an entrepreneur with a teaching and curriculum development background. She's created engaging, entertaining education for political campaigns, start-ups, and major corporations. The brown bag workshop series she developed at Yahoo! earned record attendance and was called, "the most valuable thing our department has done."
